Chinese Models as an Alternative After Anthropic TOS Enforcement

Did your Openclaw or similar system got too expensive after Anthropic enforced their TOS? Switch to a Chinese model.

They are really good, open source and with way cheaper to run. I’m using Kimi 2.5 and having good results in agentic tasks. Another good one is GLM 5.1, specially for coding tasks. You can expect something between Sonnet and Opus 4.6.

Both models are available as a subscription on their providers for around 20 USD / month or in providers like Openrouter where you pay for token.

I could not self host them due to their size, but there are smaller, quantized versions that you can try aswell.
